Event Overview:

The event will be a celebration of the Main Street Districts. 

Join CREDA Central Florida for a celebration and exploration of Orlando’s vibrant Main Street Districts. This engaging program will highlight the unique character, purpose, and impact of these districts while offering insight into how they function, support local businesses, and contribute to the growth of our community.

Hear directly from the people helping shape these dynamic neighborhoods, including Mike Griffin representing the City District; Stephanie Ziglar and Alexie Fonseca representing Curry Ford West; Allex Englett and Amy Calandrino representing Ivanhoe Village; Angie Folks and Alex Spock representing The Milk District; and Misty Heath and Adam Wonus representing the SoDo District.

Our speakers will share what makes each district distinct, what’s happening today, and—most importantly—where opportunities exist for future development and investment.

Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how Orlando’s Main Streets are shaping neighborhoods, creating vibrant destinations, and opening the door for the next wave of commercial real estate opportunities across the city.
