BTR communities bridge the gap between apartments and homeownership for renters desiring a better living space but are not ready to purchase a home or cannot afford one. This Speaker Series will focus on the demographic trends driving this product type and why investors, home builders and apartment developers alike are pouring significant capital into this space.
