Join us on Jan. 28 in downtown Orlando for NAIOP Central Florida’s first in-person “Project Spotlight” tour in what feels like ages!
Come see the newly renovated and repurposed FULCRUM office building, and hear the backstory of how the project came to fruition from owner and developer Third & Urban, and the building’s leasing team of Alex Rosario and Kevin Will of Foundry Commercial.
Highlights of this unique project include:
- $5 Million renovation to the exterior and interior of the building: Includes new exterior, interior, lobby, roof, restrooms, landscaping, etc.
- Originally Orlando’s Downtown JcPenney when the building was built in 1960
- 78,000 SF of vanilla shell office space on the 3rd and 4th floor
- New 1st floor retail: coffee bar, restaurant, and other retailers to be announced
- Bike storage and showers on 1st floor
- Hands-free sensors and doors for bathrooms and entrances
- New Tenant-only lobby entrance providing immediate access to the parking garage
- Expanded lobby with breakout/collaborative meeting space and wi-fi
- Large-scale mural on back wall of building by a nationally-recognized artist
