Economic Update - Opportunity amidst the Obstacles

A session with Dr. Jerry D. Parish, Chief Economist and the Director of Research for the Florida Chamber Foundation. 

Moderated by the provocative Trevor Hall, Jr. of Colliers Central Florida.

Tune in for an hour of questions posed by members of NAIOP and answers from one of Florida’s most acclaimed economists.  This will be a wide-ranging analysis of current conditions and a host of suggestions on how to take advantage of some of the strangest vagaries Orlando has ever experienced.

We are in a multi-faceted Recovery.  All generalizations are false, including this one.

We invite your questions about any topic affecting our region’s recovery, the fifth since the Disney boom and bust of the 1970s.  The discussions will cover the current inflow of enormous amounts of capital to commercial real estate, what is being bought, what asset classes may be peaking, and where our unmet needs still lie.
