All sessions will be held from 5:30-7:00PM at the Turner Construction office located at 800 N. Magnolia Avenue, Suite 500, Orlando. Beverages will be provided.

June 2nd: Understanding Design & Construction in Order to Maximize Your Investment
Making smart design and construction decisions can have a significant impact on your bottom line.  During this sessions we will review the pros and cons of the various delivery methods (Design/Build, CM at risk, Lump Sum, Integrated Project Delivery), current market trends, price escalation, labor shortages and how to get the best value on your project.
Speaker: Dan LaMorte, General Manager | Turner Construction

June 23rd: How Owners & Developers Capitalize Their Projects
Ever wonder what those capital market guys are talking about?  Why some people buy all-cash and some use maximum debt leverage?  How does the debt/equity ratio affect returns on acquisitions and refinancing?  You will leave this session with an understanding of common deal terms, the ability to "talk the talk", and an understanding of how the capital stack can be structured on an investment deal from multiple viewpoints.
Speaker: Michael Weinberg, Director | HFF

July 21st: Public Private Partnerships
Learn from an expert who has worked in the public and private markets on how to get involved in P3 deals, how various P3 models work, legislative changes that are paving the way for more opportunities and case studies on how the I-4 Ultimate, Transit Oriented Development and other P3 projects are structured.
Speaker: Lowell Clary, President | Clary Consulting

August 18th: Fundamentals of Developing a Pro-Forma
During this session we will review case studies from various development deals in Central Florida, including build-to-suit projects.  Learn how to develop a thorough pro-forma based on current and projected market conditions.
Speaker: Steve Garrity, Vice President | Highwoods Properties
