The NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee is a group of young professionals dedicated to supporting the community through various initiatives. This year, we are proud to partner with Highwoods Properties, a fully integrated office real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns, develops, acquires, leases, and manages properties primarily in the best business districts (BBDs) of Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Nashville, Orlando, Raleigh, Richmond, and Tampa.

Highwoods Properties is sponsoring our Hunger Project event by donating space and parking at Landmark Center Two in Orlando, providing the perfect venue for our efforts. We are raising funds to support US Hunger (formerly Feeding Children Everywhere) with the goal of providing meals to local families in need during the holiday season.

Join us on October 15th for a special lunch hour event featuring the NAIOP Developing Leaders, the Highwoods Executive team from their Raleigh HQ, and other volunteers. We’ll gather at the beautiful Highwoods Orlando location with views of Lake Eola for a day of networking, team building, and friendly table competitions as we package meals to fight hunger in Central Florida. Your participation will help make a meaningful impact on local families in need during the holiday season.
