Join us on the afternoon of Sept. 20 to learn more about how commercial real estate investors and developers can capitalize on the growth and revitalization of property along the Orange Blossom Trail corridor, and tap into a pool of public funding to help your deals.

The Orange Blossom Trail Development Board, a joint City-County board which oversees the OBT Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), covers 898 acres along OBT that stretch from W. Colonial Drive on the north to I-4 on the south, with S. Rio Grande Avenue on the west and Westmoreland Drive on the east.

Millions of dollars in tax-generated funds are available through the OBT CRA, and that pool of funds is snowballing each year as property values in the CRA improve. Land owners or developers can request that money, often in the form of grants, for projects that would redevelop land within the CRA and make a positive impact on the OBT corridor.
