The Developers Showcase provides a trade show like platform

for Central FL developers and associated industries to share new, planned & existing projects with NAIOP's network of brokers, developers, owners, investors and associated professionals.

Exhibitor Information:

Booth space is available to developers and owners with commercial real estate projects in the Central Florida market, as well as a limited number of associated industries. Categories include office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and mixed-use/other.   Exhibitor booths include your logo on all marketing materials and our website, signage at the event, and 2 tickets.  Exhibitor space is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Registration:

Member: $40 | Non-Member $80

DL: $35 | Student: $10

Registration includes beverages and hors d'oeuvres. 

**Registration closes on October 5, 2018.  Late registrations will be subject to increased registration prices and based on availability. Members: $60/Non-Members $120**

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Event Sponsor: $1250 member/ $1500 non-member

Includes logo on all attendee nametags, logo on all marketing leading up to the event, signage at the event, 4 registrations to the event. 

Food & Beverage Sponsor: $1000 member/ $1250 non-member

Includes logo on cocktail napkins, signage on food and beverage display stations, logo on all marketing leading up to the event, 4 registrations to the event.

Champagne Sponsor: $500 member/ $750 non-member

Includes logo on displays/served with the welcome beverage (downstairs only), signage at the registration table, logo on all marketing material leading up to the event, 2 registrations to the event.
