The New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program has proven to be a very effective tool in bridging the financing gaps and reducing financing risks by introducing additional equity into applicable projects.
Attendees will be provided with a basic understanding of the NMTC structure, including what projects are eligible, where eligible areas of Central Florida are located and how to make NMTC's work for you.
