Join NAIOP Central Florida for a behind the scenes tour of the new Upshot Medical Center at Mills Park. The project includes two buildings: a five- story, 72,000-SF north tower and a future six- story, 90,000-SF south tower. Additionally, the project features a six-story parking garage with over 850 spaces, an outdoor courtyard, and a top-floor terrace. The buildings are designed to prioritize social responsibility and health, with pre-glazed curtain walling that provides an elegant aesthetic and ultra- thermal performance.
