Join NAIOP CFL and other participating CRE organizations for the inaugural Food & Wine Festival on Church Street. This interactive event will showcase Central Florida's commercial developments and upcoming projects. The event will provide a tradeshow-like platform for developers to share new, planned, and existing projects with the commercial real estate industry. Each Developer Booth will be paired with a food or beverage partner. Guests will receive a Food & Wine Passport and collect stamps from Developer Booths to be redeemed for a taste from a food or beverage partner.
Guests will learn about new developments in our region, try samples from new food and beverage establishments, hear LIVE MUSIC on the stage, and socialize with the CRE community. Guests and brokers will be encouraged to collect all stamps on their passports by visiting each Developer Booth as there will be an opportunity to win prizes!
The trade show style event will run from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. After 7:00 pm, family and friends are invited to enjoy the live band and samplings from some of our city's new restaurant fare. Food & Drink tents will remain open until 9:00 pm and offer additional items for purchase.
